641,000 "Bobby Chupete" Pacifiers Recalled

The Nemours Foundation

What Happened

Approximately 641,000 "Bobby Chupete" pacifiers were recalled because they fail to meet federal safety standards. The pacifier mouthguard is too small, posing a choking hazard to infants and toddlers. The recalled pacifiers were sold in aqua, red, white, and yellow colors. They have a latex nipple, a ring-shaped handle, and a heart-shaped mouthguard with two ventilation holes. "Bobby Chupete" and a picture of an infant are printed on the pacifier's packaging.

What This Means

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Grand World Inc., the importer of the pacifiers, are not aware of any incidents or injuries.

Where This Product Was Sold
