Description: Bright green in color. Looks like a little tree with compact florets making up the crown.

Facts: Broccoli is a member of the cabbage family, and is closely related to cauliflower. Its cultivation originated in Italy.

Selection: Choose odorless heads with tight, bluish-green florets.
Storage: Refrigerate for use within 3-5 days.
