Chicken Little Soup

Chicken Little Soup

5 servings, about 2 cups each

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound chicken, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 6 cups broth/stock
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste

Steps:

  1. Put all ingredients in large pot. Stir.
  2. Cover pot and cook over medium heat for about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
