Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 6 cups broth/stock
- 1 clove garlic, minced or 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste
Steps:
- Put all ingredients in large pot. Stir.
- Cover pot and cook over medium heat for about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
