Robin Zebrowski 4 cooked skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
1/4 cup fat-free Ranch salad dressing
Dice chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Add celery, onion, almonds and ranch dressing. Mix and serve on a cold bed of lettuce. Makes 4 servings.
