1/2 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons cooking oil
1/2 cup cooked rice
1 16-ounce can low-sodium green beans
1 16-ounce can tomatoes
1/3 cup water
Sauté the onions in cooking oil until brown. Add the rice, green beans, tomatoes and water. Cook, covered for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
