2 quarts unsweetened apple cider
sliver of lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon whole allspice
1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
1 stick cinnamon

Heat all ingredients in a saucepan and let simmer for 10 minutes, or simmer in a crock pot. Strain and serve. Makes 16 servings.
