Special Tea

4 cups water
2 whole cloves
dash of nutmeg
3 or 4 tea bags
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 long strip lemon peel
1 long strip orange peel

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients except tea bags. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add tea bags. Let steep to taste. Strain and serve. Makes 4 servings.
