4 cups tomatoes
1 cup water
1 6-ounce can tomato paste
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, if desired
2 cups cooked red beans
2 cups cooked pinto beans
2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
2 cups frozen corn
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
Combine ingredients in a large soup pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
