Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) container lowfat vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 cups chopped or sliced fruit (such as apples, bananas, or peaches)
- Combine yogurt, orange juice concentrate, lime juice, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Serve fruit with dip.
Makes 4 servings. One serving equals ½ cup fruit and ¼ cup dip.
