2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 cups cooked red beans (kidney beans)
1 cup water
1-6oz can low sodium tomato paste
1-28oz can of tomatoes
1 tablespoon of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 to 60 minutes, or until the flavors are blended. Makes 6 servings.
