Aren't Children Disappointed if They Don't go to School With Their Friends or Peers?

Initially, some children may be disappointed if they have been told that they are going to start Kindergarten and it is delayed a year, but this often disappears and is quickly forgotten when they are in an environment that allows them to feel successful. If at all possible, 13 enroll your child in a quality preschool program to help set the stage for school success and allow the child to be challenged in a developmentally appropriate setting. When this happens, school becomes a pleasant experience rather than one of frustration and failure, and many children in this circumstance are actually relieved that someone understands their needs. They are glad that they will not be forced into a situation they might have difficulty managing. As parents and educators, we have the responsibility to provide what is best for our children. We can think ahead and consider the future. They can not.
