Ingredients
- ¼ pkg (3oz) noodles
- 1 can (6 ½ oz) chink light tuna, packed in water, drained and flaked
- ½ cup sliced celery
- 2 Tbsp minced chives
- ¼ cup plain non-fat yogurt
- ¼ cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil leaves, crushed
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomato halves
Directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions without salt.
- Meanwhile, combine tuna, celery, and chives in mediumsized bowl.
- Drain noodles.
- Add to tuna mixture, toss gently. In small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, basil, and pepper.
- Add to tuna mixture, stirring gently until ingredients are evenly coated.
- Add tomatoes; toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate covered.
- Makes 4 servings.
