Ingredients
4 ½-inch-thick pork chops (about 4 ounces each) 1 small onion, sliced 1½ teaspoons poultry seasoning (or ¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves, ¼ teaspoon ground sage, and ¼ teaspoon garlic powder) ¼ teaspoon ground cumin 2 to 3 drops hot pepper sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Arrange pork chops in single layer in 8-inch square baking pan. Top each chop with onion slice. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning, cumin, and hot pepper sauce. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until chops are tender.
Spoon baking juices over chops just before serving.
