Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 6-ounce can tomato paste
- 1½ to 2 tablespoons chili powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 cups water
Directions
Brown ground beef in large saucepan. Add onion, tomato paste, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and water. Simmer over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes till onions are tender. Makes 4 servings.
