If your student has a burning desire to advance his knowledge for the sake of advancing knowledge, if he absolutely must find a way to cure the common cold in man or beast, or if the halls of academia beckon him professionally, your student may be on his way to graduate school, which is an additional cost to the four-year degree. Figure 2-6 shows you the costs of popular graduate school programs across the country.

*Tuition is for 2003-2004 academic year; in-state cost is actually cost for tithe-paying members of the Church of Latter-day Saints, while out-of-state cost is for all other students.
All current costs are approximate and only for one year of tuition. Future tuition costs are estimates only. Your costs may vary.
