Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 apple, chopped
- ½ small onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon caraway seeds
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Directions
Melt margarine in large skillet. Sauté cabbage, apple, and onion in skillet over medium heat until apple is tender. Add sugar, caraway seeds, mustard, and vinegar. Simmer until cabbage is tender, about 5 minutes.
