Mango Salsa: Diabetes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced (almost 1½ cups)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 medium clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro

Directions

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 6 servings (¼ cup, as relish with meat dishes).
