Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced (almost 1½ cups)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
Directions
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 6 servings (¼ cup, as relish with meat dishes).
