Ingredients
- 1 3-pound frying chicken, cut up
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Rinse chicken pieces. Place olive oil in 13" × 9" baking pan. Turn chicken around in pan to coat with oil. Sprinkle chicken with thyme and garlic powder. Bake 30 minutes. Turn each piece of chicken, and continue baking 15 to 20 minutes longer, or until chicken is tender. Makes 5 servings.
