The Alliance (The Technical Assistance Alliance for Parent Centers) is funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs, to serve as the coordinating office for the Technical Assistance to Parent Projects. The Alliance focuses on providing technical assistance for developing and funding Parent Training and Information Projects and Community Parent Resource Centers under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
