Ingredients:
- 1 ½ pounds (85%) lean ground chuck
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ¼ cup minced fresh cilantro
- 4 tsp minced canned chipotle chilies in adobo
- 4 tsp yellow mustard
- 4 tsp taco seasoning (dry form in packet)
Directions:
- Break beef into small pieces in medium bowl.
- Add cheese, cilantro, chilies, mustard and taco seasoning.
- Using fork, toss until evenly distributed.
- Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and lightly pack into 1-inch thick patties.
- Grill.
