Most important is the parent’s attitude. If you have undue concerns or feel uneasy about when or where your child starts school, these feelings will be sensed by your child and may cause concern. If you understand and feel good about your child’s school placement, your child will probably feel good too. If your child has been recommended for a certain school placement, talk to your child’s teacher to fully understand this recommendation.
