Zucchini Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 medium yellow squash
  • 1 small jar jalapeno cheese whiz
  • 1 large can mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 pkg corn bread mix
  • ½ cup milk

Directions

  1. Cook squash until tender, then drain.
  2. Mix milk, soup, cheese whiz, and onion.
  3. Put squash into a baking dish and top with soup mixture.
  4. Top with dry cornbread mix.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (until cheese is melted).
  6. Serves 6.
