- 6 medium yellow squash
- 1 small jar jalapeno cheese whiz
- 1 large can mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 pkg corn bread mix
- ½ cup milk
Directions
- Cook squash until tender, then drain.
- Mix milk, soup, cheese whiz, and onion.
- Put squash into a baking dish and top with soup mixture.
- Top with dry cornbread mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (until cheese is melted).
- Serves 6.
