Winterboro High School Reviews

By a Parent on

To you who read this...just remember that 1 star on curriculum and instruction is there for a reason.  Your request to not say anything negative is not exactly fair, considering, certain people at Winterboro don't have to go by these rules or people like me wouldn't have to "vent"  in hopes that someone would listen.  I have never had contact with the school board in the past 15 years of my children being in this system.  Although, Winterboro wasn't "up-to-par" for some people, my family loved it and it's staff.  This year I HAVE went through the school, only to cause hard feelings that are now being paid for by my student.  But, I guess we need to be nice and not tell the truth, because it may be negative.  Why would you want to ignore misconduct instead of addressing it?  My oldest received the Winterboro Foundation Scholarship,  the next one is on an advanced diploma also applying for scholarships, and my youngest is in the 6th grade gifted program.  I feel like I have done my job,  to the best of my ability, only to have no one to turn to.
