Alberta Elementary School Reviews
A model for the state!
This is an excellent school. The City Board of Education should look to this school as model for other area schools. The University located in Tuscaloosa, should also consider sending its best and brightest in to assist Ms. Parker in what she is trying to do for education in the city of Tuscaloosa. The kids at Alberta love school, and advantage of that love should be taken to showcase Alabama, in the field of educating children.
A wonderful school, which I trust the City of Tuscaloosa plans to rebuild.
This is an Very Good school. I have a grandaughter that has attended this school since kindergarten and she really amazes me and others with her ability to read and understand exactly what she reads. She has excellent math skills and converses exceptionally well on a variety of subjects. In fact she showed a strong interest in and conversed about, Alabama Politics this past spring and summer.
On a recent roadtrip, she exhibited a strong knowledge of places throughout the US, American government, and identified political figures throughout American history.
The teachers at Alberta are just what Alabama Schools needs. Teachers who can, and will teach, and have a good understanding of child behavior. With a little more funding, for equipment and supplies, I think Alberta could produce a model for other K-5 schools statewide. My grandaughter "LOVES" school.
