About This School
Alternative schools are public schools that offer nontraditional education for students whose needs cannot be met in a regular, special education, or vocational school. While alternative schools are distinct from regular, special education, and vocational schools in their teaching approach or classroom environment, they can provide similar services and/or curriculum for students. Alternative schools include schools for potential dropouts, residential treatment centers for substance abuse, schools for chronic truants, and schools for students with behavioral problems. Kenai Alternative High School Reviews
This school gave me a place to start my life. They helped me through so much. I was a young mother and my other school looked down on me and told me I should just give up. But I didn’t want to I know I could do it and give my baby and I a great life. So I decided to try this school out and they never once looked at me like I was nothing the always where there for me and pushed me to do better they showed me that just because I decided to keep my baby life is not over it just started they helped me with everything they are so wonderful there. I now have a Diploma that I worked for and about to Graduate from Alaska Career College as a Medical Assistant. I’m so excited that I have done it and if I have anyone can so Never give up! Thank you Kenai Alternative High you have helped me more then you will ever know.
