About This School
Charter schools are public schools, but differ from traditional public schools in that they are independent and are operated by educators, parents, community leaders, educational entrepreneurs, or others. Funding for charter schools is based on designated local or state educational organizations. Those organizations are responsible for monitoring and assessing the quality and effectiveness of education, but permit the schools to operate outside of the traditional public school education system. Estrella High School Reviews
I went to estrella for 2 years and i had the time of my life there if i could i would go back i went to school there about a year after it was built. I loved all my teachers and had a great learning experience there.
Estrella High School is a second home to me. It is because of the genuine people I am with every day. They touch my life in a very special way.
I'm finally a Senior this year. I have spent my entire high school career here at Estrella. I have had no problems at this school. In fact, it's been an amazing experience. I've had the opportunity to work with some good teachers, and a great administration, play sports, and be involved in other extracurricular activities. In fact, my sister was so jealous of my experience she is looking forward to leaving Agua Fria and going to Estrella this year. Not everything is going to be perfect for anyone at any particular school, but it's the effort you make in deciding what kind of an experience you are going to have.
Teachers quit on you. They don't even try their best to help you.
This school is awfully dirty! The restrooms look like no one goes in there and cleans. The cafeteria looks like a classroom. I think it's an awfully bad school.
