About the AIMS
What is it?
Arizona's Instrument to Measure Standards (AIMS) are annual tests used to measure a student's mastery of the state's grade-level academic standards.
Which Grades and Subjects?
Students in grades 3 through 8 and 10 are assessed in reading, writing and math.
How is it Scored?
Students score at one of four levels: falls far below standard, approaches the standard, meets the standard or exceeds the standard. The goal is for all students to meet or exceed state standards.

stacy pickl-elliott: MY son Mikell elliott has attented MALC since second semester of second grade , he is now 15 and will be starting tenth grade . I can only continue to speak my gratitude to the teachers and faculty. The education my son has recived thus far is amazing . Mikell is in AP classes and just completed.english 101 a college credit and his.last reportcard was 4 A , 1B , and the english 101 ! Anyone who says a child can not get an education in Bullhead city ? They.are not allowing their child or children attend MALC. thank u all. Sincerley , Stacy Pickl

Parent: My son is in the 9th grade. This is his first year at Malc and I truly wish that we would have enrolled him sooner. First report card ~ all A's and one B. Second report card ALL A'S!!!!! He was bullied and harassed from the 4th grade to the 8th in a near by district. At Malc there is none of this going on. He is happy, making friends, and as you can tell, a parent couldn't ask for better grades! Support, and communication are outstanding! Students and teachers form a positive environment! 1-2011

I love what mohave accelerated learning has done to my stepson.. He loves to go to school. When his grades starts slipping, Mohave accelerated takes action and helps my child bring that grade right back up.
I also love the basketball team and the football team..

I went to school there and graduated in 2004 i loved everyday going to that school i miss highschool just cause it was great teachers were understanding and really helped you learn also loved only going to school 4 days a week and i got to go from 3:30 to 8:30 so it was nice cause i had a job it is also a great school for those who have kids it is much easier. Anyways its a wonderful school.

Mandy: It's a good school. My son has gone there for 2 years now and is about to start another one soon. I would recommend it because, for one, your child can go there from grade K all the way through to 12th grade graduation. It's nice to not have to keep switching schools, and secondly, I like the 4 day week. One of the only things that may be a drawback to some parents is the fact that they have no bus transportation to and from school, but if you live close by it's no big deal though.
