About the TERRANOVA
What is it?
The TerraNova is a series of nationally norm-referenced tests that assess general academic knowledge in core subjects, as well as providing national comparisons.
Which Grades and Subjects?
Students in grades 2 through 9 are assessed in reading, language arts and math.
How is it Scored?
Students receive a percentile rank, which indicates how well they performed in comparison to their peers in other states. The goal is for all students to score at or above the national average, or 50th percentile, on the test.

Arizona's Instrument to Measure Standards (AIMS) are annual tests used to measure a student's mastery of the state's grade-level academic standards.

My daughter is in kindergarden and this school is a perfect fit. She has a great teacher who shows genuine interest in all her students and the small class size is just right. My daughter is engaged in learning which is not surprising because the staff is awesome and everyone is so freindly. Also, I love the fact that the students have uniforms. I am not a big fan of the Arizona Public Educational System, but this schools shines. Thank you Ventana!
