About the TERRANOVA
What is it?
The TerraNova is a series of nationally norm-referenced tests that assess general academic knowledge in core subjects, as well as providing national comparisons.
Which Grades and Subjects?
Students in grades 2 through 9 are assessed in reading, language arts and math.

Students receive a percentile rank, which indicates how well they performed in comparison to their peers in other states. The goal is for all students to score at or above the national average, or 50th percentile, on the test.

Paul Keegan: Very impressive growth in test scores in the middle school grades. Not typical of most schools. This is obviously a testament to the professionalism and committment, on behalf of all members of this educational commmunity, to the needs of students.
