About This School
Charter schools are public schools, but differ from traditional public schools in that they are independent and are operated by educators, parents, community leaders, educational entrepreneurs, or others. Funding for charter schools is based on designated local or state educational organizations. Those organizations are responsible for monitoring and assessing the quality and effectiveness of education, but permit the schools to operate outside of the traditional public school education system. American Heritage Academy Reviews
As a student at AHA, I know that the education is awesome! Test scores are great!!! It is small and uniforms are required, but since I'm there to learn and not to show off a fashion sense that I don't have, I'm fine with it. The teachers are great, helping us with anything we need. My only issue is the administration. They are sometimes unreliable and aren't always straight forward. All in all, I love this school!!!
