About This School
Charter schools are public schools, but differ from traditional public schools in that they are independent and are operated by educators, parents, community leaders, educational entrepreneurs, or others. Funding for charter schools is based on designated local or state educational organizations. Those organizations are responsible for monitoring and assessing the quality and effectiveness of education, but permit the schools to operate outside of the traditional public school education system. See Challenge Charter School's test results to learn more about school performance.

Challenge Charter School Reviews
I think this school thrives because it weeds out the children who don't fit into their academic goals! I HAD two children who attended this school and can tell you one did wonderful and the other who has an IEP and was set up to fail numerous times(over 3yrs and repeating kindergarten) before I had to request a evaluation be done... to find out it was not a behavior issue as they insisted but a delayed processor! After 3yrs of taking their suggestions I finally pulled my children from this school and not only has his behavior improved but he is doing well and likes to go to school now.....
Ms.Miller I love CCS so much. I'm glad my name was pulled out in the lucky draw. I am happy here and my parents are happy that I go to CCS.
Wonderful, school. My child has been attending here since 2nd grade and is now in 6th grade. If you like a school with rules and holds children and parents accountable and great teachers. Then this is the school for you.
