Native - Monument Valley High School
MVHS overall, is (in my opinon) a non acedemic preforming school, due to the lack of not meeting standards. Not to mention some preforming students don't really get the best education that other schools might have to offer. Located on the Navajo reservation, it maybe a bettter school among the others in the area. Although certain programs are perfect, such as the athletic progam and CTE programs that the school has to offer. In additon, only few unique progams exists at MVHS, but the students get tired of the wide range of bland electives but clubs and community involvement is the right mixture to give MVHS a well known name on the Navajo reservation. I don't suggest it would be the right school but it is slowly progressing. Maybe it isn't the best now but in years to come, it could be better.
