Janine: Being a teacher in my field, I have very high expectations for teachers, staff and leadership.  My experiences at Navajo have been far beyond anything that I could have even hoped for!  My child has felt at home from her first day.  Due to our travels and expectations in education, we have been in multiple schools throughout the valley.  My child is getting the best education and the most support she has ever had.  I love it and am so appreciative for the STEM focus, the staff and the community involvement.

Katy Foster: I have two children at Navajo and have been there for 4 years now.  I have been nothing but happy with the teachers and the staff, both are extremely accessible and professional. The "new" STEM focus has given the school a strong and clear direction.  I recommend that anyone considering enrolling at Navajo stop by and see for yourself what we are all about. This school has a lot to offer.

Missy Dorer: Navajo has been a great experience for my kids, and now with the S.T.E.M. program (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) I think we have a competitive edge as it progresses.  The students are working with Lego Robotics, learning about their world through technology, and lots of hands on science experiments!  I have found our principal and vice principal easily accessible and fair.  I have been impressed with the progress and direction that Navajo is taking.

My son and daughter go to Navajo and it has been a wonderful experience. I could not be happier with the staff and the direction of the school. Quite possibly the most caring staff in town!

My children have had remarkable growth in reading and math and the accessibility of the teachers and administration addresses all our needs and exceeds my expectations. I am very invloved with the school (PTO), on a daily basis, and invite anytime to come for a tour and meeting with our staff. You wont want to go anywhere else! I know, I was convinced.

Jennifer Webb: This is a GREAT school.  With Scottsdale's open enrollment, we could choose anywhere for our kids to go... but we chose Navajo!  With the schools implimentation of being a S.T.E.M focus school, our kids are enjoying all that is being provided to them.  The teachers are very fair in handling all situations.  The principal, Mr. Holmes, greets the kids & parents every morning at parent drop off, he is very accessible and has helped in bringing Navajo into the 21st Century.  I recommend Navajo for your childs elementary school.

julie smith: This is not a great school.  The good comments come from parents that are teachers at Navajo.  I cannot wait until my child moves on to middle school.  It's going to be a relief to say good bye to Navajo.  All kids do not get a fair shake.  It's all about favorites and if your kid is not a favorite they will be out to get them.  You kid won't even be able to pick his nose without getting written up.

Some of the teachers are worthless.  Disrespectful, inappropriate bullying toward the students by some teachers.  These teaches are allowed to be "facebook" friends with students and the parents of the favorite kids!  Be very careful because if your kid is not on the "favorite" list they will be treated like dirt!
