J Robert Hendricks Elementary School Reviews
Hendricks is a awful school. My son was injured at this school numerous times. He had to have a MRI and C/T Scan becase of head injuries. Hendricks refuse to pay medcial bills.
My daughter is in 6th grade, having been at Hendricks since kindergarten. Hendricks is a wonderful school. The teachers that my daughter has had through out the years have been wonderful. The entire staff at Hendricks is like extended family.
They care about our children at Hendricks. I would recommend this school to anyone lucky enough to live in the district.
We are chosing this elementary school for our twins kindergarten class in the Flowing Wells district over the Marana district and a charter school. We did visits to 3 schools, met kindergarten teachers and saw classrooms and met with the principals. By far, Hendricks was the best overall. The teacher to student ratio is amazing (15-17), the facility is bright, colorful, clean and meant for children. THey have art and music and athletics in addition to the excellent curriculum. Sadly, many schools are cutting art and mucsic and PE. The district is much smaller than TUSD and smaller than Marana. The classroom sizes were TWICE the size of the charter school (A.L.L.) with HALF the student size. I am very excited for our children to spend K-6 at Hendricks and look forward to our third to be right behind them.
