Forest Heights Middle School Reviews
I am part of the new administration and I have to say that this is now a great place for students. Prior administrations allowed this great school to go downhill, I am beyond happy that the district made this change and that this school is once again on the rise! I would enroll my kids here!!
I have been an educator at this school for more than a few years. I am very excited to say that positive changes have been made this year. Such as: all new administrators, classes going from 90 minute 4 class block to 45 minute 8 period days, and a very enthusiastic PTSA to name just a few. Please give us time to work out the kinks and I know we can make this into a positive learning environment for your child.
I'm disappointed in the test scores now I know what the teachers mean we blacks supposed to be making a change and were just setting a bad example for what our ancestor set out for us. We have a oppurtunity to make a change and get an education and we make don't make the best of it. I love black history and it makes me sad when i see these test scores Literacy 44% Math 57% Science 7% I think the school needs a new change I never understood what the teachers meant when they said we need 2 get off the chart . But now my eyes are open when i move to kansas but i will be back and will try to talk some sense to my friends parents I see what your talking about.
They can't even type a All A certificate right because nobody gets All A's. My son got one that said A-B and his name was spelled wrong. This is the 4th time this has happended to us, and is truly sad!!
I agree with the "horrible school" complaint! This school needs to be SHUT DOWN, CLEANSED, AND OPENED ONLY TO A TOTALLY NEW ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT FOR LEARNING!
I would say please help change this horrible school, get rid of the administration, send the bullies to special schools for discipline and let the children in LRSD that want and need to learn, LEARN what they should in school, get an education based on the national standards, not based upon hate, crime, thugs, and drugs. DON"T let your children go here!
