Because of No Child Left Behind, the school will be undergoing a transformation in the next two years, and will likely reopen as a Neighborhood Charter School in the 2010-11 school year. This will provide the staff the resources and freedom it needs to serve the populations of students who have underperformed. I am thrilled that asking parents to participate in the transition process.
