In 2010, the Beverly Hills Unified School District spent $12,016 per student. In 2010 the district spent 63% on instruction, 34% on support services, and 3% on other services.
Do not send your children here. the school is mostly children of iranian (persian ) descent, along with whites, asians, and very few blacks and almost no latinos , well at least not pure ones at that. Most of the people here are angry, rich students who drive bmw's, mercedes, escalades & new muscle cars (with super chargers.. of course) The education is very good but school in general is awful. campus is good too, and clean as well but the people that go their just make it an awful experience. Constant fights between students, overly arrogant sports players, almost every girl here is a slut and if she is white, tends to find the blackest man to date to make her daddy oh so ever mad. The only reason this school has a blue ribbon award is because it has money, but other than that, its a garbage school, has bull $**t students, annoying super visors and counselors to mention. Try looking to other better schools in Los Angeles, such as Santa Monica High School, Alexander Hamilton Senior High School, Culver City High School, Fairfax High School, Palisades Charter High School, University High School, and Venice High School. These are schools that even though dont have as good funding, are alot better, have better students, better athletics, And more student driven activities, ( instead of rich parents making kids go on un-neccesary field trips to the century city mall right down the street to "analyze history in the making" or some other garbage excuses. Oh and the drugs are awful, shrooms, marijuana, pills and now cocaine is starting to corrupt the school even more. Regular los angeles unified schools are better. Oh and good luck trying to enroll here if your black or hispanic, theyll only take in white , asians and persians ( unless your dads will smith or george lopez) because they dont want so called school gang bangers. Well this is my review due to my OWN personal experience, thank you have a nice day .
P.s if you stay with the crowd which isnt bad and usually lives out of district, they make up about 10-25 % of the school, youd have a better, easier time with them because they arent as superficial and funner to be with.
