HM is a good school and in BHUSD's small district, one of the best. It maintains a small city feel in Beverly Hills without feeling pretentious in any way.The principle is Steve Kessler a longtime teacher and coach and knows every student by heart and treats parents with respect. The teachers are mostly top notch, give or take a lackluster performance year here and there. Still good by public standards. The school buildings are historically old and in need of update while keeping the gorgeous architectural details intact. The students are mixed ethnically and well behaved with no drama allowed. Great school for BH and good for the community in every way.
