Tristan Thurlow: When I went to Sullivan Middle School I enjoyed it completely. The social aspects were good, not much different from any other school, pupils come and go, but there will always be cliques, despite the best efforts of staff. However, that's what makes Sullivan a good school instead of an average school, the staff. They were a determined group of people that wanted their students to strive in all aspects of school. In many schools the teachers couldn't care less about their student's success, but not at Sullivan. In the two years that I was there, I felt that even the struggling children were looked after, not just the dedicated ones. This is a level of commitment that I haven't seen in many other schools since. It  also possessed capable facilities, and possibly the best school library I have ever had at my disposal, not to mention three computer labs and some very useful tech in classrooms. The PTA were also brilliant. They were geniuses at raising money and came up with an abundance of original ideas to raise that money in order to help better the school. All these components came together to make a good school, one in which I learned many things while having much fun, and the test scores to prove it all.
