Eastern Sierra Academy

E.S.A. has served as an exceptional educational facility,for over 10 years,However with economics effecting all of us, our school district has decided that the solution to their budget problems (caused partially by lack of foresight & irresponsible spending) is to close this school,and absorb its students  & teachers into other schools in the district. Our district is slated to loose valuable programs for the students. I personally am ashamed ,  the young people in our district have called us to action, to solve a problem , prove to them that they can make a difference, and we havent been able to, cut Administration costs, or whatever we have to do to save their shcools programs and teachers. It seems absurd to close a California distuinguished school  that at one time ranked in the top 10 in the nation for providing exceptional  programs for  up and comming generations of young people
