Montessori Arts & Sciences School Reviews
Our child (1st grade) went to this school for less than one year. We removed him due to mistreatment. The four full-time teachers quit the school in part due to what happened to our child. With only 8 weeks left in the school year, more than 12 children were pulled by their parents from the school. The school has a history of problems with retaining teachers. All of the full-time primary teachers were new this 2012/2013 school year and they all left together before the end of the year.
The facility itself is very nice, which attracted us to the school initially, but the treatment of some of the children and the staff by school leadership was very disconcerting. There is no accreditation at the school by any Montessori association and there is no Board or parent association to provide oversight. If you visit the school, don't be fooled by the lovely environment. Make sure to ask about attrition and teacher turnover.
