We call this school Paradise at our home. My son has just completed 9th grade at New Vista and there isn't enough space here to explain how thrilled we are with our experience. The maximum student population is approx 70 students with each class size very small, avg 6-15 per class. The teachers are all SE credentialed and "get it" when it comes to Autism. They screen each potential student to insure the placement is right for them and the rest of the population. I wish we had known about New Vista in the 7th grade as the public JR High system was a grueling experience for all. I cannot emphasize enough the amount of stress that has been reduced in our lives due to our son's correct placement in a environment that is absolutely perfect for him.
My name is sam brodoff and I'm in 7th grade now, and think that New Vista School is a great school. Their are no bullies what so ever. No mean teachers. Every single teacher at my school is so very nice. We have a magnificent Princeable too. Hey! Parents! If I were you I'd send you're kids to this school. So far I'd been getting a great education there.
