About This School
Alternative schools are public schools that offer nontraditional education for students whose needs cannot be met in a regular, special education, or vocational school. While alternative schools are distinct from regular, special education, and vocational schools in their teaching approach or classroom environment, they can provide similar services and/or curriculum for students. Alternative schools include schools for potential dropouts, residential treatment centers for substance abuse, schools for chronic truants, and schools for students with behavioral problems. See City of Angels School's test results to learn more about school performance.

City of Angels School Reviews
I teach at City of Angels School. Having taught in many schools, I am convinced that City of Angels is the best education you can get. Instead of 185 students, I have 30. I can pay close attention to each one. Instead of two minutes a week per child or less, I can spend an hour or two or three with each student. I can tailor the studies to the student's interests. There are never disruptions in the class, the police never need to be called, there are no fights, no disrespect. I can show you many letters I have received from our graduates, saying, "It is the best education I could have received. I only wish more youth had the opportunity to attend City of Angels."
Our graduates have gone on to college, into the military, to graduate school, medicine, the state department, pro sports, theatre, dance, and more.
HELLO MY DUAGHTER IS A STUDENT AT CITY OF ANGELS, WE CHOSE THE SCHOOL BECAUSE SHE DID NOT NAVIGATE WELL IN A POPULATED SCHOOL.OUR CHALLENGES HAVE BEEN STRUCTURE AND TURNING OUR DINIGN ROOM INTO A CLASSROOM. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE TEACHER INTERACTION WITH MY DAUGHTER ONCE A WEEK IS NOT ENOUGH TO TURN IN YOUR HOMEWORK AAND SPEND A SHORT WHILE WITH HER.I AM THINKING OF SEARCHING OUT OTHER OPTION, I AM ALSO CONCERNING ABOUT HER LEVELS IN HER CORE SUBJECTS.
