Parmelee Avenue Elementary School Reviews
I am a 1983 graduate of Parmelee Ave School as well as my 5 older brother ans sisters. We are fortunately doing quite well careers wise. Our careers range from VP's, Directors, GM's , and Managers of very well known businesses. We owe our careers to the best start of our education to this schooland it's teachers and staff that made a difference in our lives. It was our home for many years!! Thank you Parmelee Ave School!1
My two children are enrolled at Parmelee. They only have several months they transfer to this school. They were at a completely different school that also belong to LAUSD, but the teachers and the grades standards are one of the highest of the district. Not only that but it was a safer area, and the SGPD was always around the school for the students safty. Now at Parmelee starting with the school office is not represented proffesionalism at all, secondly at the school I have ever seen a police vehicle or school police, for the safty of the students. Parmelee needs a lot of help to improve from their grades standars to the construction. I thank Mr. Hernandez the Principal for answering all my questions, or concerns regarding my kids education or issues with their teachers
