Dow's Prairie Elementary School
Shawn Cald: This schoold is BY FAR the worst i have ever seen in my life! My Son went there for 2 years, the WORST 2 years of his life. The teachers have been reported to swear in front of the children. One teacher, Mrs.Cox, has laid her hands on my child, leaving marks on his arm.

What is it?
The California Standards Test (CST) is an annual exam used to measure a student's mastery of the state's grade-level academic standards. The CST is one of the five components of the STAR Program.
