Milpitas High School Reviews
I love this school! I'm currently a student in MHS and no problems at all (:
No school can provide the entire educational experience. The majority of any student's learning is done at home and requires support and encouragement from family--mainly parents. It is up to parents to jump-start the learning process and to follow through until the child is ready to make it on their own. That said, schools compliment what is encouraged at home and should provide the student sources of information from which to further their education and later careers. I graduated from MHS in 1999. MHS was a great school in terms of people. The faculty, staff and students overall were a great collection of people. The education provided was geared toward the individual strengths of each student. Standard level courses were accompanied by honor and advanced placement classes for those students looking for a challenge. I don't remember any major problems regarding fights and certainly don't recall any incidents of drug-use and such. I went to Santa Clara University and now am pursuing a law degree. MHS was a good stepping stone.
... MHS however is not exactly the school you'd think of when you want to be in an above average community. Everything from its students to its facilities are average and quite frankly that is not something to be afraid of. In current schools, there isn't much to be concerned about other then a school being below average. If you think that the high school that you choose will ultimately determine your future and your future paycheck, then I suppose you aren't planning on doing anything more than the average person... and guess what, this school will be perfect for you!
everything is bad. from the food to teachers, from the classes to the campus. even the education is horrible, i would recommend that your son or daughter not to be admitted here.
