@Other Anonymous:
 As a former student from Montebello High,  I know that our school was under lock-down and that students were kept inside their classrooms during the duration of the protest.  Students from the Whittier and El Rancho school districts came all the way from Pico to lure students out of neighboring schools.  I found out that it was actually a troublemaker from El Rancho who disrespected our country's flag.

They make me ashamed to be an Mexican-American and I truly wish that I could choose which public school my tax dollar supported. Any administrator or educator associated with this school should hang their heads in shame of their work because its the students who reflect the truth in the teachers. To anyone unsure of why I am taking this stance should research how their students inverted the American flag under the mexican flag in demonstration.

"They have a newly built building which is absolutely gorgeous and very well laid out. In general the staff is caring, but firm. Only bad thing is that parent involvement is not encouraged. Yet!!"
