Little Oak Nursery School

NapaMom: An ideal preschool environment. There are several rooms for different activities, there is lots of space without being dispersive, very clean but not aseptic.  The staff is experienced and trustworthy and help creating the great family-like atmosphere. The children absolutely love it. Reba, the school director, is an excellent teacher with a wonderful approach. There is a great yard for outdoor play, the children help with gardening and taking care of the school pets. There are sensory tables and lots of art and crafts, lots of books and age appropriate learning games, plenty of active play, a program including stimulating -yet not too pushy- pre-kindergarten activities, while remaining substantially play-based. The daily routine imparts structure without being rigid, making it a good fit for the whole age range.  It is NOT church affiliated.
The families are great. We feel very lucky to have found this school.
