meteka: Laurel elementry school was the best school to attend when I was a child. I had excellent teacher's and positive and safe play time while receiving my education from this school. Laurel is a Fantastic school to send your children to be educated at parents! I attended the school over twenty years ago and still have some of the same friends that I met there. We all hold college degrees and are pillars in our communities, so I recognize that my good foundation at this school is apart of my current success.

A.Lloyd: I think that Laurel is a very good school,I would recommend it as a great school to have a child in,my child went to laurel from kindergarten through 5th grades,I enjoy the staff,and the neighborhood,I also enjoyed volunteering there as a single parent,my child I were treated with respect,I enjoyed working with the principal,Mr Ron.Smith as well as the former principal Ms C.Garrett.
