I have had 4 grandchildren attend this school with the oldest now at Freedom HS. The teachers at Gehringer taught her such great skills that prepared her for middle and high school maintaining a 3.5 GPA. The same has been for the younger ones following her. The teachers at Gehringer do prepare them for middle and high school. They are great. My grandson broke his leg in 3 places and was out of school for almost 6 months...His teacher came to my house afterschool and taught him what was taught in the classroom that day. Teachers that dedicated are very rare! The teachers go beyond what is required of them for their students. I love this school. It has had its moments but they are rare and infrequent.

My three children attend Gehringer. The teachers are very supportive and concerned for all their students. Every grade level has after school intervention classes. The children are challenged and encouraged to set goals and master them. The Principal is a little up tight but has the children's achievement at heart. Best school in the area! My boys love their teachers and look forward to going to school.

Liliardrgz: This is my daughter's first year at Gehringer. She loves it. Her teacher is great. Wish the class size would be smaller but unfortunately that is not going to happen any time soon.

My son has went to Gehringer since Kindergarten. He loves it and scores advanced every year in the star testing. I now have two daughters who also attend (K and 1st). I wouldn't have them in any other school. They're wonderful! I really love the staff and the new principal!
